Good location, convenient for the tourist attractions
It does not deserve 4 stars. The quality of service was at the 2-3 star level. The breakfast was poor. It could be better at that price.

the superior queen room we stayed in was welcoming with modern bathroom, dreamy view of the vatican cathedrals plus a whirlpool tub.
Beds were tiny.

There were two rooms and packing was easy because it was wide. Location.I was able to see the S.Pietro cathedral from the restaurant where I had eaten breakfast. However, I couldn't go to the rooftop.
There were only the stairs in the entrance. I went up with luggage for myself because there was not a bellboy either. The room is dark. The carpet doesn't feel cleanness. Facilities are old. The jacuzzi did not work. I was not satisfied though the price was high.

Brilliant, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was spotless. Good and cozy units with twin beds and the perfect picture and a Jacuzzi. Terrific, amazing staff towards all guests. Unbelievable and super location right at Castel Sant'angelo Museum.

Excellent location---within easy walking distance of several sites and tour buses. Continental breakfast was a good feature. Good STRONG Italian coffee! and service was good. Overall rating ---VERY GOOD----
Bed was too hard for our liking ac was adequate and could be an issue during July and August.

We came expecting the roof garden to be available to us, no mention of it being under reconstruction on the website.

Location
The rooms are so small. Two occupants could hardly move around the room. Corridors can accommodate one person at a time. Reception staff not so friendly.

Location is great
No bath robes, no slippers. Breakfast was ok, but not excellent. Coffee ( in Italy !!!) was disgusting!

It was based in amazing building in a cosy and enjoyable location, close to all major attractions. The room we had was lovely and welcoming with a sleeper chair, the perfect picture of the Vatican, for example...

The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the
Vatican. The stay was pleasant overall, but the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the room cool was good.

location, near good restaurants, close to vatican, castell st angelo.
Not sure why they charge for WIFI? Its only 50c but seems a bit unnecessary. Shame the roof garden is closed - its would have great views

The rooftop views were very nice, perfect for drinks before heading out. We explored local shops, enjoyed the street performers, and even caught a movie under the stars. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good for fueling our adventures.
Our air conditioning struggled a bit , uncomfortable given the summer heat. It would have made a big difference.
